I had heard that Gateway Homes did additions as well as full home builds. Bret designed and built a game-room in my third-garage complete with drywall, level flooring, AC and heat. Insulation was a tricky issue and Bret figured out how to solve every problem. He even helped with choosing lights and windows. My game-room is always the perfect temperature, no drafts, no bugs, just an excellent man-cave for me to enjoy. I wholeheartedly recommend Bret for design, contracting and construction
